How did you get your start at Personix?
Before working for Personix, I worked for an insurance underwriting company where I traveled 70% of my job and conducted insurance audits at credit unions. Once the insurance company moved to St. Petersburg, Florida and I chose not to move, I was on the hunt for a new job. My job started 15 years ago for a company called Adminastar Printmail. I was hired as a Customer Service Account Manager and worked directly with credit unions and monthly statement printing. Fiserv, purchased Adminastar and NEC cards several years ago, and both companies became one …called Personix. I have always enjoyed a fast paced environment and working with Financial Institutions. There are always new products being developed and challenges to be the first company to have new products available to our customers.

How many different positions have you worked within Personix? Only 2! Customer Service and Account Management

What are some of the best things about working for Personix? When I first started working for Adminastar Printmail the office was located 12 miles from my home. I was excited to have such a short drive compared to driving to downtown Indy in my previous job. Once Fiserv purchased and merged both companies, the office was relocated to the west side by the airport. I thought, the drive will be too much and I will need to find another job. But…..I am still at Personix! I enjoy my job and thankful I chose not to leave. Personix has great employees. Each employee is a teammate and is a valuable asset to Personix. Employees are valued and you know it from the welcome at the ‘front desk’ to the General Manager as he cruises throughout the company. Give him just a little bit time and he will know your name and thank you for choosing to work for Personix!

What advice would you give someone applying for a job with Personix? Personix is a great place to work and looks for staff that will add value and be committed just as Personix is committed to their employees!
